I have used this image from Yumiko
Ichikawa titled Hidden Garden.

Right click on the image and save
to your hard drive.
Open your image in PSP, duplicate twice and then close the
original.
I make a habit of doing this so I can use the original again if I want
to.
Thank you to Toni for the following
technique idea.
Minimise one of the images for the
time being - we will work with the other image.
Click on the Retouch Tool and
select Smudge with a size of 110.

Smudge a cross on the image, going from corner
to corner.

Go to Effects/ Plug-in Filters/dsb flux/Center Mirror with the
number of Mirrors = 6 and Rotation 120.

Go to Effects/Artistic
Effects/Coloured Pencil with following settings.

Save your work and then minimise
your image.
Open a new transparent image 270
x 450.
Apply the MW-Glass Vase.tub to
the centre of the image.

Using the Magic Wand click on
the outside of the vase. Got Selections/Invert.
Copy (CTRL+C) and Paste as New
Image (CTRL+V)
Go to Image/Canvas Size to
increase the size of the image.
Add 100 pixels to both the width and the height
of the image.
Ensure both Centre Image boxes are checked. Rename Layer 1
"vase".

Add a new layer named
"flowerfill" and drag the layer down below the vase layer.

Click on the flower
image to make it active. CTRL+C to copy.
Go back to the vase image,
making sure the flowerfill layer is selected.
Paste as New Selection. Position
the flowers behind the vase as desired.
Left click to accept and then Deselect (CTRL+D).
Click on the vase layer to
make it active and then use the Magic Wand
with Tolerance & Feather set to
zero to select the vase.
Click on the flowerfill layer and hit Delete. Deselect.

Restore the pattern image
we made at the beginning of the tutorial and CTRL+C to copy.
Click back on the vase
image to make it active. Edit/Paste as New Layer (CTRL+L).
In the Layer Palette
drag the pattern layer to the bottom.
(Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom). Rename
this layer "background".

Select the Deformation
Tool then drag the top and bottom edges to fill the image size.
Reduce the
opacity of the background layer as desired. Save your file.

In the Layer Palette
select the vase layer to make it active.
Use the Eye Dropper to select a dark
colour from your image
for the background colour. I used #9A5960.
Go to /
Plug-in Filters Eye Candy 4000/Shadowlab Apply a Short Perspective shadow
using
the red background colour with the default settings.
Reduce the opacity of the
shadow to 75%.
Merge All/Flatten and then save your file.
Borders
Go to Image/Add Borders,
choose a pixel size of 10, with Symmetric checked.
Select the border using the
Magic Wand,
go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel using the following settings.

Selections/Invert,
Selections/Float then go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout
using a vertical and
horizontal size of 3, Opacity 57, Blur 29.8 and colour Black.
Repeat the cutout
but change the vertical and horizontal settings to -3. Deselect.
Go to Image/Resize using a
pixel of 400 on the longest side.
Save your file.
Using the same background
colour, add another border of 35 pixels.
Select the border with the
Magic Wand.
Go to /
Plug-in Filters/Simple Filters/Center Tile.
Go to Effects/Texture
Effects/Mosaic Glass using the following settings.

Go to Effects/Plug-in
Filters/Filter Factory Gallery E/Transparent Pizza,
change the # of slices to
145.
Do not deselect.

Go to Effects/Plug-in
Filters/Filter Factory Gallery E/Mo'Jellyfish, using the following settings
Tile size = 111
Offset = 106
Shading = 132
Do not deselect yet.

Apply the same cutout as
before.
Add another border 10
pixels wide and apply the same Inner Bevel as before.
Deselect, resize as
desired and then save your file
That's it - you're
finished!!
